Our “Glühwein Gewürz” (Mulled wine mix) is an aromatic blend of cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, cloves, black pepper, and orange and lemon peel. All organically grown.
How to prepare traditional mulled wine:
Simmer 1 tablespoon of the “Glühwein” spice blend with 1 litre of red wine. Add 2 tablespoons of sugar and a few slices of lemon.
Variations:
Use apple cider or black tea instead of red wine. Or enjoy the blend on its own as a spiced herbal tea.
